Comprehensive Care During your contract, your doula will provide:

  • Breastfeeding education and latching assistance

  • Bottle feeding support

  • Guidance for weaning and transitioning to solid foods

  • Baby’s first bath and diaper changing help

  • Overnight care to ensure parents get needed rest

  • Recovery exercises for mothers

  • Nutrition education for postpartum wellness and breastfeeding moms

Personalized Support Our doulas combine practical help with emotional encouragement, creating a nurturing environment for both parent and child.

Because each doula brings distinct schedules, pricing, and areas of expertise, we encourage you to schedule a consultation to find the best fit for your family.

A blessing for our family.

Postpartum Doula Care – Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a short-term contract cost?
Short-term postpartum contracts (one day or one week) are ideal for immediate recovery support. Pricing varies depending on the doula’s schedule and services. Please schedule a consultation for a personalized estimate.

How much does a long-term contract cost?
Extended contracts (up to six months) provide ongoing care for mothers and families. Costs depend on the length of the contract and the doula’s expertise. A consultation will help determine the best plan for your needs.

What can fathers and partners expect the doula to help with?
Postpartum doulas support the whole family. Fathers and partners can expect guidance on newborn care, feeding routines, and ways to encourage recovery, as well as practical help during overnight shifts.

How often will there be in-person visits?
Visit frequency is flexible. Some families prefer daily or weekly support, while others choose longer-term schedules. Each doula offers customized care, so visits can be tailored to your family’s needs.
